In this piece, a character from my New People series has their nose and mouth covered by a gold-decorated bandana. This painting, reflects a toy-like body with four joints and hands winding a key. This imagery reflects how we were manipulated in 2020, with the golden bandana symbolizing the false narrative served to us on a silver platter, which we accepted without question.
